From Seed to Table
After 8 years of urban intensive flower farming and floral design in Philadelphia, I pulled up roots and moved to northeastern Vermont to be closer to family and to establish a simpler and quieter life. Jig-Bee Vermont edition specializes in growing flowers for seed production and shipping fresh flowers to floral designers and farmer florists in the spring (May and June) and fall (September).
Fresh Flower Program
Our spring fresh flower line up includes daffodils, tulips, ranunculus, stock, foxglove and poppy pods. In the fall we grow amaranth, craspedia, strawflower, stock, marigolds, foxglove, delphinium, and flowering cabbage/kale.
